Stop: 0x00000124 ?

I have a Dell Optiplex 745 Vista 32 bit machine and whenever I try to remove the PCI Express device using Safely Remove hardware option the screen freezes with blue background having a message “STOP: 0x00000124 (0x00000000, 0x84C59D18, 0xB2000000, 0x00000175)” and restarts automatically. It is showing this error message from couple of days and I don’t know what to do. Is it any hardware & software related problem or any thing else please help me out.

Answer 1
It is a driver related problem and happens when your systems Pci.sys driver does not wait sufficient time after the secondary bus reset (SBR). However, according to the PCI Express specifications, the Pci.sys driver should wait sufficient time after the SBR as a result you get an error message “STOP: 0x00000124”. To resolve this problem you need to re-install your drivers or update your system with latest updates of Windows Vista. You can also use Hotfix which is available from Microsoft site: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support. But apply this Hotfix to systems only when it is experiencing the problem described in article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968992. I assure that your problem will solve after following instructions.
