0x80071ab0 ?
I am using my personal computer from last two years. At that I used mac as operating system. Recently I have installed Vista on my system. In the beginning I am quite happy with it but when I created the Microsoft windows Preinstallation Environment image file on the hard disk and then tried to insert a package in to the image file then I got a message “0x80071ab0” on my computer screen. I don’t know which type of code is this. Can anyone help me in this problem?

The message” 0x80071ab0” you are getting on your computer screen is actually an error message. It occurs when the hard drive is not formatted with the NTFS file system. You can solve this problem by converting the hard drive file system to the NTFS. Steps to do the conversion from hard drive file system to the NTFS. 1. First click the start button and then in the search box type command and then click enter 2. In the programs list right click the command prompt and then choose run as administrator 3. If you are getting a User Account Control prompt to enter the password of the administrator then enter the password and then click the Continue 4. In the command prompt type convert drive letter: /fs: ntfs and then click enter. But, after the completing the conversion of the file system if still you are getting the same error message, then you can do the clean reinstall of the Windows Vista. A clean reinstall will erase all the folders and files earlier stored on a hard disk.
